By subscribing to Meermin's SMS/text messaging service, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages (including marketing messages) from or on behalf of Meermin at the mobile number you provided. You understand that by providing your mobile number, you are opting into a recurring text messaging program. Even if your mobile number is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call registry, you consent to receive messages from Meermin.
Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with Meermin. Standard message and data rates may apply, as imposed by your wireless carrier. You are solely responsible for any messaging fees or charges incurred as a result of your use of the Service.
You can opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from Meermin at any time by texting the single keyword "STOP" to the number provided in the messages. After sending the opt-out request, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you initiate additional contact. If you are enrolled in multiple Meermin messaging programs, you will need to opt out of each program separately.
