Of course, you will! We just work with top quality couriers to ship our orders around the Globe, because of that we work very hard to every day improve on our logistics to offer you a seamless experience. Nowadays, our shipments are made using UPS, FedEx, DHL & DPD depending on your location.

Once your order has shipped out, you will receive an email with the tracking information, where you will be able to track your shipment at any time.

Upon receiving your order, if it does not fit or you just like to return it, you have 15 calendar days from delivery date to return the items. We will not accept any return made once this period has expired.

There are two possible scenarios:

1.- If you're a registered customer, please log into your account & click on the RETURNS section, there you'll just need to create a new return request, and that's it.

  • As soon as you have it, please provide us the TRACKING NUMBER, so we can speed up the return process.
  • As soon as we receive your return we will let you know.

2.- Or, in case you're a guest & not a registered member. Please proceed the following steps:

Before proceeding the return note that:

  • The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes on a carpeted surface).
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Including the original packaging (Meermin shoe box + dust bag/s)
  • Now, please print this FORM, fill it out and place it inside the package. That will help us identify your return faster upon arrival at our factory.
  • Please, let us know in advance via email ( that you are shipping the shoes back, what you'd like us to do with your order (exchange/refund), so we can prepare the item/s you need, in order to fasten up the process as much as possible.
  • As soon as you have it, please provide the TRACKING NUMBER, so we can speed up the return process.

When shipping back any item/s, Meermin recommends using NATIONAL POST SERVICE. If the value of the item/s is over 75€/US$100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. In case you're shipping back to EXCHANGE: Once we have received the article/s and have checked they accomplish the above-mentioned conditions, Meermin will ship back the new item/s with no extra cost for the customer, as soon as they are ready.
  2. In case you're shipping back for a REFUND, we will process it in the next 10 business days. Note that original shipping costs will not be refunded; Meermin will only refund the returned item/s cost.

Please note that the Spanish Sales TAX is currently at the 21%.

Non-EU sales may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. Since the sales are already Ex-VAT, Customer will be responsible for payment of any import taxes & duties upon arrival of the package to the final destination country.

Please be advised that Meermin reserves the right to deduct from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of Goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.

Those items are offered for a limited time only, and are Made To Order based on the single orders received, so there is no inventory built up of this specific style. This helps us keeping our offer competitive and as wide as possible.

Because of that cancelations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for Made To Order pairs. Thanks for your understanding.

Spanish VAT (Sales TAX - 21%) is automatically deducted on all non-EU orders. Please note that, since we already deduce Spanish VAT in advance for all non-EU orders, Meermin is not responsible for the possible customs taxes applied upon arrival of packages to the final destination. All orders from outside the European Union will be billed in US Dolar (USD).

Please note that it is against our policy to write down the value of any shipped goods in order to avoid customs, please understand that it is not legal.
